- All deposits are non-refundable. A deposit holds your reservation and removes the vehicle from availability until your service date.
- Balances are paid to the driver on the run date at the start of the run.
- Overtime applies after the first 10 minutes of prearranged time and is charged hourly.
- The client assumes full financial liability for any vehicle damage caused by themselves or their party.
- Carpet or seat burn: $300.00 per incident.
- Sanitation fee: $1,000 (or at driver's discretion if anyone gets sick).
- Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
- No food consumption in our limousines.
- No smoking permitted in any vehicle.
- Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines are the customer's responsibility.
- The driver may terminate the run without refund for blatant client indiscretion.
- Company is not liable for mechanical breakdown while on charter. Lost time will be made up at a mutually agreed date.
- Not responsible for delays caused by unsafe winter road conditions.
- We monitor all flights and adjust scheduling accordingly.
- We cannot guarantee availability when flights are more than 45 minutes late.
- Wait time begins after 45 min (domestic) or 60 min (international) of gate arrival.
- Airport wait time: $15 per 15 minutes.
- All reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to avoid a full charge.
- No-shows are charged full fare plus 20% gratuity.
- Wait time for other reservations: $30–$75 per 15 minutes.
- Any trip not cancelled within the timeframe incurs a full charge.
